Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga– IAYT Educational Standards for the Training of Yoga Therapists
In a personalized, one-on-one setting, the teacher works with the student to assess their unique needs and then develops an individual practice to meet those needs.
Yoga Therapy is done by Danielle Goldstein who has extensive experience using the tools of yoga to help individuals improve health and well being on a physical, psychological and spiritual level in both group and individual settings. She specializes in developing practices including lifestyle counseling, postures, breathe work, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to meet individual needs.
